דני בית-אור משקיע בנדל"ן בארצות הברית (ארה"ב) החל משנת 2002. החל משנת 2004 עבר להתגורר באזור סן פרנסיסיקו, קליפורניה ומסייע למשקיעים מקומיים וישראלים להשקיע בנדל"ן. מלבד סיוע למשקיעים לאורך השנים דני גם השקיע בנדל"ן לתיק הפרטי שלו באזורים שונים ברחבי ארה"ב. דני החל את דרכו כמשקיע בגיל צעיר עוד בתקופת לימודי הנדסת תעשייה וניהול.

לארוך השנים דני השקיע במדינות שונות בארה"ב כגון: טקסס, פלורידה, ארקנסו, אריזונה, נורט' קרולינה, ועוד וסייע למשיקיעם להשקיע בערים כגון: לאס וגאס, אורלנדו, טמפה, ג'קסונוויל, אטלנטה, סוואנה, יוסטון, דאלאס, אוסטין, סן אנטוניו, פיניקס, נאשוויל, אוקלהומה סיטי, טולסה, דנוור, סולט לייק סיטי, סקרמנטו, ואחרות.

החל משנת 2004 צבר דני נסיון עשיר באופו אישי ומלווי צמוד של מאות משקיעי נדל"ן. נסיונו האישי מתבסס על השקעותיו ועל העבודה הצמודה עם משקיעים.

כיום מציע דני אפיקי השקעה בשווקים שונים בארה"ב לצד לווי צמוד ואימון למשקיעי נדל"ן, מתחילים ומתקדמים.
